The Story of Ang On Ang On
We formed Ang On Ang On in late 2025 after performing individually and together in different bands for many years. Our name pays homage to Eric Clapton! As a classic rock cover band, we bring a wealth of experience and perform a diverse range of cover songs from iconic artists such as The Eagles, Eric Clapton, Billy Idol, and The Jam. Our genres include Rock, Blues, Country, and Brit-Pop, along with sing-along classics to enhance any live music performances and make your events unforgettable.

Mondo has been playing music from as young as 9 years old. Now, almost 5 decades later, he still dedicates his life to music, engaging in studio recording and writing music, as well as performing live music performances in theatres around the country. A graduate of the University of Arts London with a BA (Hons) first class, Mondo has experience in playing all types of guitar, including bass, alongside instruments such as harmonica, saxophone, and banjo, in addition to being an accomplished pianist. Mondo has previously played in bands with Kris, Spike, and Chipper, showcasing his versatility in the classic rock cover band scene. Instruments of choice? Too many to list!

He uses an Epiphone Sheraton and a Gibson Hummingbird to bring his music for events to life.

After being inspired by hearing Chuck Berry play on Radio Luxembourg, Alan and a few classmates formed a classic rock cover band to perform at the School Dance. Alan started off as the singer, but when the drummer pulled out two weeks before the dance due to O Level commitments, someone had to take over the drums - and that someone was Al
After being inspired by hearing Chuck Berry play on Radio Luxembourg, Alan and a few classmates formed a classic rock cover band to perform at the School Dance. Alan started off as the singer, but when the drummer pulled out two weeks before the dance due to O Level commitments, someone had to take over the drums - and that someone was Alan. Now, almost 60 years later, Alan still plays those sticks and performs with a smile! Throughout the decades, he has enjoyed live music performances in various different bands and has also known and played with Chipper for many years, bringing music for events to life.

Chipper has previously collaborated with Alan, Ray, and Kris at various times over the years, delivering memorable live music performances. His instrument of choice is the Music Man Stingray, which adds to the music for events he participates in.
